1. Introduction
Welcome to Troud, an AI character-based social and conversation app designed to provide immersive, interactive dialogue experiences with virtual personas. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Troud mobile application, website, and related services (“Service”) provided by our team at joyfultroud@hotmail.com.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Troud. If you are under 18, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the Service. By using the app, you affirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Description of Service
Troud enables users to interact with AI-generated characters for entertainment, companionship, storytelling, roleplay, or social interaction. While these AI personas may simulate human-like responses, they are not real individuals. The Service includes:
Text-based AI conversations
Character customization and exploration
Scenario-based dialogue simulations
Optional user-generated content features
4. User Responsibilities
When using Troud, you agree to:
Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Not misuse, abuse, or manipulate the AI characters for harmful, illegal, or explicit purposes (unless specifically allowed under app settings with content filters).
Not upload, post, or transmit any content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, or violates intellectual property rights.
Respect community guidelines and other users’ experience on the platform.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All AI-generated dialogue, characters, and system responses are owned by Troud or its licensors. You may use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
Any user-submitted content (e.g., custom character prompts or names) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it within the platform for the purpose of operating the Service.
6. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. By using Troud, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

We do not store conversation logs unless necessary for debugging, moderation, or improving the AI system.
Sensitive personal data is neither requested nor required.
Anonymized usage statistics may be collected for improving user experience.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Some features within Troud may require payment or subscription. If you choose to purchase a subscription or in-app item:
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for all charges made under your account.
We reserve the right to change pricing or available features with notice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the community or system integrity.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or emotional appropriateness of AI character responses.
Conversations with AI should not be used as a substitute for professional advice or real human interaction in cases of emotional, psychological, or medical need.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional harm, or service interruptions.
11. Modifications to the Agreement
We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be notified via the app or our contact email. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
